Great place to live! the apartments are beautiful and bright and walking distance to New Seasons, Big Al's, AMC theater, walking trails and so much more! Management and especially Tracey is incredible and professional, maintenance staff are very friendly and efficient.

I have lived at Progress Terrace for almost three years now. The management is incredible. They are friendly, responsive, patient, and so wonderful. Maintenance requests are resolved quickly and they follow-up with you afterwards! Not to mention that the apartments are light and bright. The location is also super convenient with restaurants, grocery stores, other amenities, and walking trails just feet away! If you have to rent, it's definitely a great place to be!

Living at Progress Terrance has always been enjoyable with a friendly community and overall happy environment. :) With progress ridge and lake within quick walking distance there's always something fun to do, especially for the kids. Great place to live.

Five stars is not enough to show how happy I am with Progress Terrace, especially in regards to Jenn in the management office. She is genuine, patient and makes you feel right at home.

We are re-locating from Tennessee and the thought of leasing an apartment without seeing it first hand was incredibly stressful. The leasing staff at Progress Terrace made this process a breeze for my family. So grateful!

Called to inquire about apartment and had a lovely interaction with Jenn! She was so knowledgeable about the complex, available units and move in process. She really took her time to answer all of my questions and provided a high level of customer service that most don’t these days. We didn’t end up renting at Progress Terrace Apartments but would in a heartbeat!

We love living at Progress Terrace Apartments. The area has a neighborhood feel with so many things to do within walking distance. Across the street is a New Seasons Market, hardware store, pet store, movie theater and a variety of restaurants. School bus stop is also steps away. Our apartment is clean, full of light and incredibly warm and cozy. Great floor plan too - win win! Another win is the staff. From our very first call to move-in Kayla, Jenn and Joel made the entire process a great experience. They are very helpful, responsive, professional and all so nice!!! 😊 Highly recommended.

Absolutely...amazing! The customer service at Progress Ridge Leasing office is top notch! Kayla and Joel are so helpful,friendly and make everything super easy. I also have never moved into a cleaner apartment ever!!

I've been here a few times with a friend of mine and man was I impressed. I've been in apartment complexes all over Washington County and this was the cleanest and nicest I think I've been in in a long time. If I was going to rent somewhere it would be here, no question.
