I have been impressed with Progress Terrace from the very beginning. What makes this community special is not simply the apartment itself, but the people who genuinely care about the residents. From our former manager, Billy, to our current manager, Cameron, I have consistently experienced professionalism, kindness, fairness, and genuine concern for the community. Cameron especially impressed me when I saw him working on the property on a Sunday. He was not looking for recognition—he was simply taking responsibility and doing what needed to be done. That kind of leadership says a lot. I also truly appreciate Nick from the leasing team and Leo for always being friendly and helpful. Nick often goes beyond what is required of his position. If there is something he can do to help a resident, he does not hesitate. That shows the strong teamwork within this community. A very special thank-you goes to Brandon and Trevor from the maintenance team. They are professional, thorough, dependable, and incredibly responsive. Whenever I have needed assistance, they have treated my concern as important and helped me promptly. Even recently, when I had an issue with a damaged stove drip pan and an unpleasant burning smell, the team responded immediately instead of making me wait until another day. That level of care means a great deal to a resident. Progress Terrace may not be the newest or most modern apartment community, but what it offers is something even more valuable: safety, cleanliness, privacy, excellent service, teamwork, and a true sense of community. Here, when you ask for help, you know someone will be there for you. The staff care about the residents and treat their concerns as if they matter personally. For anyone looking for a place that feels welcoming, safe, and cared for, I highly recommend Progress Terrace. Thank you to Cameron, Billy, Nick, Leo, Brandon, Trevor, and everyone behind this wonderful team. Your hard work, kindness, responsibility, and dedication do not go unnoticed. I am truly grateful to call this place home.

The leasing office team were available and ready to show me around. Super friendly and helpful. Had an issue with my couch not fitting through the hallway, had to hoist it up over the balcony. Everything else went smooth. I had a few items that needed attention for the initial move-in check list. The maintenance crew showed up immediately and fixed everything!

I am new to the state. And once again, the staff here have made me feel very welcome. And they handled my service issue promptly efficiently they continue to make me feel like i'm at home.Which is a blessing
