My Sink Was Clogged up for a couple of days but I kept forgetting to call maintenance because of my heavy work schedule. However I called around 7pm and someone came out within the next 25-30 mins which I appreciated so much and got it all handled! They’re very polite and clean up after themselves as well!

I put a load of laundry in the washer. Next thing you know, there was water all over the entry way of the apartment and laundry room. I called the front desk, requested for someone to bring a mop, and almost immediately 2 people appeared at my door. 1 was to repair the issue, the other was to clean up. The issue was found and repaired. The repairman shared with me the issue that was found. The second person had a wet vac, he got most of the water, just not all of it and left. I had to finish clean up. Since I was in the process of moving in, I didn’t have a mop only towels. I noticed the carpet in the entry was soaked. Before they left, I brought that to their attention. I was asked by one of them if I had a fan. Then they walked out. I rang out the soaking wet mat that was in there, I scooted the washing machine and dryer to get the remaining water from under and behind them, I moved a few other things in the laundry room to get to the remaining water, and I found a fan to place on the soaking wet carpet.

Wonderful place!! So nice and comfortable. I was blown away by the amazing amount of space and soft carpeting and perfect amenities my apartment has. It’s in an amazing area by an extremely cute plaza. It’s so nice how I can just walk right across the street to work. Everyone is so helpful and friendly. I am very happy to be in this community. It honestly feels like I’m on vacation every day!! =)

David and Nic- THANK YOU! You helped us find the perfect home in the best community! Just moved in 1 week ago. Had great experience here. Idk why there are too many complaints about the management not responding or taking care of things. Caitlin and David have been super helpful and responsive towards me. Very welcoming and when I had some issues that occurred, they fixed it right away. I appreciate the staff members here. The area is nice and there are lovely places to walk to for me and my dog.

Kathryn really took the time to listen and answer any questions that I had about the property or leasing. She even took the time to get a translator for my husband! He's still learning English and everyone, especially Kathryn, was very patient. David was very nice and great about returning phone calls also! The property is clean and maintained very well!

The new property management that took over this complex are doing a stupendous job. Kathryn and David have been very communicative regarding everything from move in to follow up. We mentioned a issue with our bathroom fan and it was immediately passed to maintenance. There is a warm welcome every time we enter the leasing office or give them a call. The property itself is quiet and clean. You can tell there is a lot of hard work put in to improve Progress Terrace.

Absolutely love living here. Staff are always going the extra mile and my neighbors are so sweet. The way the apartments are laid out, I never hear my neighbors so noise is almost nonexistent, something I’ve never had with apartment living. Progress is within rock throwing distance of an organic local market, a pet store, coffee shops and bars.

I just moved here from out of state with my wife, and the management team was amazing in helping with some of our problems regarding time frames and actual square footage of the apartments. David, the leasing agent, and Kathryn, the assistant manager, showed us many photos of units and floorplans they had available, and even videos of the interior units! They went above and beyond anything we would've expected regarding the sour taste of some of the other properties we reached out to in the general area. The level of friendliness from not only the management team but also the Maintenance team has really been refreshing,and any maintenance request we've put in recently has been taken care of in a very efficient manner. Each tech, specifically Brandon, Branden, and Hunter (I'm not sure if I'm missing anyone), has been very professional and thorough in not only explaining issues that they've noticed but also giving realistic timelines on how long it should be to fix something. We have also noticed that since we've moved here, everything has been very recently renovated, and the inside of the apartments has newer-model appliances. Every morning, the maintenance staff is out doing rounds, cleaning up the property, while I'm having my coffee before work with my wife. It's really wonderful to see these guys take such pride in where they work. I would highly recommend living not only in the area but in this specific location due to the level of comfort we feel here, but also because next door they have such amazing shops and everything is super walkable. 10/10, guys! Keep up the hard work!

My husband and I moved to the property around the end of April from out of state. Throughout our moving process, management was so helpful and stayed in clear communication with us. Move in was super easy, the unit was clean and in great condition, and the manager did a thorough walkthrough with us to make sure we felt comfortable with the space. Shortly after moving in we had an issue with our fridge which maintenance was very prompt to work on. Despite maintenance's best efforts, the issue was not something they could fix themselves. So within just a few days and without me having to request it, management and the maintenance team ordered an entirely new fridge for our unit. They installed it quickly and seamlessly making the process very easy for my husband and myself. Everyone at the office and on the maintenance team has been so friendly from the moment we've moved here. They have answered any and all questions we've had without any complaint. Not to mention, the roof was just replaced on the buildings and the landscaping is well kept up, so it is clear that management values maintaining a good quality property. So far we truly couldn't be more happy with our experience and our apartment!

Moving across the country is a pain but getting an apartment was the easiest part with the amazing staff here. We worked very closely with Joel Hidalgo for most of our move and I couldn't begin to explain how wonderful the experience was. He was always on top of paperwork, available to answer any questions we had and granted us the peace of mind we needed for the trip. After just one month, I can say, Progress Terrace is an incredible place to live and Im so happy that we get to call it home.

I lived here for about a year at their phase 2 location. The apartments are super nice and the location is one of the best in Beaverton. Having the Progress Ridge shopping center right across the street was the best! You also have the Murrayhill shopping center and the Washington Square mall right down the road! The office staff is friendly and responsive. Would definitely live here again!

Wow! With everything going on in this world and the unforeseen, I am so pleased with the effort and ease that the Progress Terrace staff provided! I am moving out of state and was so nervous to not be able to physically be in a unit. They sent me videos of an identical unit and even FaceTimed me so I could really get a feel for it! The process felt so effortless even though I know it wasn't easy with everything I was asking. I am pleased to say I am moving to Progress Terrace and I am excited for my next chapter in Oregon! I don't normally write reviews, but I felt like the community and staff deserve a pat on the back! :)

I have lived at Progress Terrace for almost three years now. The management is incredible. They are friendly, responsive, patient, and so wonderful. Maintenance requests are resolved quickly and they follow-up with you afterwards! Not to mention that the apartments are light and bright. The location is also super convenient with restaurants, grocery stores, other amenities, and walking trails just feet away! If you have to rent, it's definitely a great place to be!

We love living at Progress Terrace Apartments. The area has a neighborhood feel with so many things to do within walking distance. Across the street is a New Seasons Market, hardware store, pet store, movie theater and a variety of restaurants. School bus stop is also steps away. Our apartment is clean, full of light and incredibly warm and cozy. Great floor plan too - win win! Another win is the staff. From our very first call to move-in Kayla, Jenn and Joel made the entire process a great experience. They are very helpful, responsive, professional and all so nice!!! 😊 Highly recommended.

Selling your house is stressful. Looking for an apartment is stressful. When you combine those two things...well...you get the idea. My sister enjoys living here and kept saying how she loves the leasing team. After getting the runaround from three other complexes I had toured, I gave this one a shot. I'm so glad I did! Jenn is amazing: friendly, quick to respond, thorough, and patient. The other agents I spoke to were just as helpful. It was like a night and day experience compared to other places! The apartments themselves are beautiful, and you can't get a better location than this one. Seriously, you're right across the street from restaurants, a coffee shop, movie theater, entertainment center, distillery, hardware store, a vet, salons/spas, medical group, fitness classes, etc. I know there are already dozens of reviews, but it's worth reiterating just how awesome these people and this place are!

So far it has been an extremely seamless process of signing for a unit. Jenn and her team have been on their game, super efficient and responsive. When looking for a place to live, we had narrowed our search down to two different apartments... Progress Terrace was not one of them. We stopped by just to say we gave everything in the area a fair chance and it instantly knocked our "finalist apartments" out of the race. After touring one unit, we went home and turned in our application. Looking forward to living here!

I sold my condo in an hoa community. After looking at many apartments in the Murray Blvd/Scholls Ferry area, I kept coming back to Progress Terrace. I moved in 16 days ago. The application process was very smooth. Office staff are very helpful and pleasant. Maintenance was prompt in fixing one problem. The surrounding area is perfect for me. This is a good value. Overall I am surprised at how quiet it is, with one exception. The neighbor above me seems to exercise his dog in the apartment. There are many loud bangs and noises. Otherwise, I really like it here. UPDATE: I reduced one star to just 4 stars because the noise above me is really bad. Tired of complaining about it.

Last year my son and I were looking for a place to live. A place that we could call home. We came across Progress Terrace and met Joel. Right away we knew this was where we wanted to live. It’s been about a year and a half and we have no intention of leaving anytime soon. Right away our neighbors introduced themselves and made us feel at home. It’s quiet and peaceful as we are on the complex across from la Provence and we face the forest side. It’s beautiful Anytime we need anything done in regards to maintenance they jump at it right away. Steve and his team are amazing. Management Jenn Joel have been amazing. They are kind and very responsive. We have had zero issues the entire time we lived here. In fact one of my friends just moved in.

My husband and I were residents of Progress Terrace for the last two and a half years. We truly loved our experience here. It has been one of the best apartments we have been able to live in. The apartments are well maintained and management has always been wonderful to work with. If a maintenance request is needed, they are quick to respond. I have no complaints for this location and will miss living here. If you are looking for an apartment in Beaverton, take a second to look here and you won't be disappointed. Besides just the apartment, the proximity to Progress Ridge and other areas is great.
