APARTMENT REVIEWS IN Beaverton

My husband and I moved to the property around the end of April from out of state. Throughout our moving process, management was so helpful and stayed in clear communication with us. Move in was super easy, the unit was clean and in great condition, and the manager did a thorough walkthrough with us to make sure we felt comfortable with the space. Shortly after moving in we had an issue with our fridge which maintenance was very prompt to work on. Despite maintenance's best efforts, the issue was not something they could fix themselves. So within just a few days and without me having to request it, management and the maintenance team ordered an entirely new fridge for our unit. They installed it quickly and seamlessly making the process very easy for my husband and myself. Everyone at the office and on the maintenance team has been so friendly from the moment we've moved here. They have answered any and all questions we've had without any complaint. Not to mention, the roof was just replaced on the buildings and the landscaping is well kept up, so it is clear that management values maintaining a good quality property. So far we truly couldn't be more happy with our experience and our apartment!

I would like to mention that I was extremely happy with Brandon and Brenden's help. They were so kind and professional, it really makes me happy that they were able to help me. I am very pleased with the new maintence workers. 5 stars for great work!! Sam, the new office manager was very helpful as well to making the maintence as fast as possible under the new change over and I appreciate his help with staying on top of it and making sure I was taken care of. It makes me feel much better about the change over. I am very encouraged. Thank you so much, SONJA KANG

I was very pleased how Brandon and Brenden were able to fix what needed to be done and they did a fantastic job. They were very professional and did an excellent job. Well kept and clean

Moving across the country is a pain but getting an apartment was the easiest part with the amazing staff here. We worked very closely with Joel Hidalgo for most of our move and I couldn't begin to explain how wonderful the experience was. He was always on top of paperwork, available to answer any questions we had and granted us the peace of mind we needed for the trip. After just one month, I can say, Progress Terrace is an incredible place to live and Im so happy that we get to call it home.
