I had a great experience with Progress Terrace Apartments while helping my sister move from out of state to Oregon. The staff was extremely professional, responsive, and helpful throughout the entire process. Moving from out of state can be stressful, but Cameron Mccaffrey made everything much easier by communicating clearly and guiding us through each step. Nic, Cameron, and Leo were patient with our questions and made sure my sister felt comfortable and confident about her move before she even arrived in Oregon. It’s rare to find a team that is both efficient and genuinely supportive, especially during a long-distance relocation. Overall, we’re very grateful for their professionalism and kindness. I would definitely recommend Progress Terrace Apartments to anyone looking for a smooth and well-managed moving and leasing experience.

Had a pipe burst in our water heater and leak everywhere in our bathroom and bedroom! Office and maintenance staff very quickly addressed the problem and had a new water heater installed that same night! Shout outs to Leo, Gary, and Trevor for going above and beyond to get us back up and running so quickly! Very impressed and thankful!

He was efficient I felt he went above and beyond. My dishwasher broke within a day they got a new one for me. My stove top coils and pans needed to be changed he replaced all of them and pulled out the stove and replaced something back there he did what he needed to do,and I got to clean back there. Very nice professional didn’t make much noise either. Thanks again

I have lived here for 2 years now and love it. The front office is always friendly and helpful. Any maintenance issues have been resolved quickly as well.

The office staff and maintenance are all wonderful. Any repair issues have been handled quickly and Nick, in the office, has gone above and beyond to help us.
